Summary: Rice Online Learning discussed the benefits of and best practices for using video in and beyond the classroom. In this session they discussed a variety of types of video including lecture, screen-cast, demonstration, scenario, micro, and discussion. They showed examples from faculty across campus. They also discussed practices for settings, lighting, and camera tips to create the best video possible.
